What is the difference between residential and commercial grade buildings?

• The wall thickness for commercial is 50mm and residential is 75mm

The cost for delivery is quoted subject to your location and access to the site.

Where do you deliver?
Our current service areas are the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Auckland and Coromandel regions. If you are not in one of these areas we are still happy to hear from you to see how we may be able to assist you.

How do I arrange maintenance on a building I am leasing?
Our team are always here to help you, get in touch with us and we will arrange the maintenance for you.

Can I extend my lease term?
Yes. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice before the end of your current term to extend the lease.
